Billing and Payment

What kind of payment options does Bazarkita.com offer?

  • METHOD 1:  Online credit card payment via iPay88 (Visa or Mastercard)
    The payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of Bazarkita.com.  Please note that the name of Mobile88.com (iPay88) will appear in your credit card statement and you will receive a notification email from Mobile88.com (iPay88).
  • METHOD 2:  TT/Bank Fund Transfer/Company Cheque
    We will provide you our banking details and payment dateline when we received your order.
  • METHOD 3:  You can make a direct deposit into Bazarkita.com account via ATM transfer.  If you pay using this method, please contact us at sales@bazarkita.com and let us know the details of your account for tracking purposes
     

How Secure Shopping With Bazarkita.com?
iPay88, our website’s payment gateway service provider, support secure online transaction through Secure Electronic Transaction (SET), Merchant Originated Secure Electronic Transaction (MOSET) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.  This would ensure your details from being intercepted and used fraudulently as the information travels over the Internet.

iPay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.  Please note that Bazarkita.com does not store any credit card information during an online credit card payment.
 

Return Policy

Our Guarantee Policy
We guarantee that all items sold are true to name and color range, that they are of commercial quality and that they arrive in good shape and without any defect, or your money back.  Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival and report any items damage or other concerns the day your items arrive.  Bazarkita.com will only extend a credit or refund when the claim is made on the day the product arrives.

Refund Policy
Under the following circumstances, refund is possible.  The due amount will be charged back to the originating account.  All refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days* of receipt of your refund request.  Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card.  The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

  • We offer a full refund, in case an order is not fulfilled, although this is very rare.
  • We are unable to deliver your orders due to the products out of stock.
  • Cancellation of order.  Please see Order Cancellation Policy below.


Cancellation Policy

For orders need to be cancel please noted the following:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been reserved and are on delivery.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been attempted for delivery and cannot be completed because recipient is unavailable.  There will be re-delivery charge.
  • Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • All transactions are final.
  • We reserves the right to refuse to service on any order which may contain bad language, insufficient or incorrect delivery details or do not comply with our policies.  In addition, all orders which fail our strict validation process will be automatically cancelled.


Substitutions

Following rules for substitutions will apply:

  • Substitutions will only be applicable if the size bought/received does not fit the actual shoe/blouse/dress/t-shirt size of a buyer.
  • All delivery costs for the substitute products will be borne by the buyers.
  • Substitution requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your orders and goods are to be returned to Bazarkita.com on the same day of receipt.  Bazarkita.com will not entertained or be liable for any substitution requests made beyond 24 hours of receipt of products.
